Sensitive Rat Insulin RIA Kit

This sensitive rat insulin assay has been developed using the same components as in our regular rat insulin kit (RI-13K) but formated to improve sensitivity by approximately 10-fold. Sample volumes as low as 10 µl can be used for most measurements. The kit includes all components (standards, antibody, tracer, quality controls, precipitating reagents and buffer) necessary to complete a RIA.

ASSAY CONDITIONS: Two-day, disequilibrium incubation at 4°C. Sample volume: £ 100 µl serum, plasma, or tissue culture media.
