Human Insulin-Specific RIA Kit
This kit selectively measures immunoreactive insulin and is the assay of choice when proinsulin levels are elevated or variable. Crossreactivity is less than 0.2% to intact human proinsulin and the primary circulating split form (Des 31, 32). The kit includes all components (standards, antibody, tracer, quality controls, precipitating reagents and buffer) necessary to complete a RIA.
ASSAY CONDITIONS: Overnight, equilibrium incubation at room temperature. Sample volume: £ 100 µl serum or plasma.
