Ultra Sensitive Human Insulin RIA Kit

An extremely sensitive insulin assay which displays a standard curve range of 0.2 µU/ml to 20 µU/ml when using 100 µl sample. It is ideal for studies where high precision in the fasting range is required or where very small volumes of sample are available. All components are included (standards, antibody, tracer, quality controls, precipitating reagents and buffer) necessary to complete a RIA.

ASSAY CONDITIONS: Two day, disequilibrium incubation at room temperature. Sample volume: 100 µl serum, plasma, or tissue culture media.

LABEL: 125 I-Insulin (monoiodinated, HPLC purified, 12,500 CPM/tube)
