Human Skin Panel

This multiplex assay kit manufactured by LINCO Research, Inc. can be used for the simultaneous quantitative determination of the following five rat and mouse endocrine hormones in any combination:  Insulin, Amylin, Leptin, Glucagon, and GLP-1.  LINCOplexTM is especially useful for conducting multiplex assays on samples where limited volumes are available.

All components are included in each kit (capture antibody immobilized on microspheres, bead diluent, detection antibody cocktail, standards, cocktail quality controls, streptavidin-PE, wash buffer, assay buffer, 96-well microtiter filter plate, serum matrix) and are sufficient to run 38 samples (serum, plasma or tissue culture medium) in duplicate in a 96-well microtiter plate..

 

ASSAY CONDITIONS:  
10 µL sample volume, Overnight assay.
