Rat Cytokine/Chemokine Immunoassay Panel

This multiplex assay kit manu factured by LINCO Research is to be used for the simultaneous quantification of the following twenty four rat cytokines/chemokines in any combination: Eotaxin, G- CSF, GM- CSF, G RO / K C , IFNγ, IL- 1α, IL- 1β, IL- 2, IL- 4, IL- 5, IL- 6, IL- 9,
IL- 10, IL- 12( p70), IL- 13, IL- 17, IL- 18, IP- 10, Leptin, MCP- 1, MIP- 1α, RANTES,
TNFα and VEGF. This kit may be used for the analysis of the above cytokines and chemokines in rat serum, plasma, other rat biological fluids, tissue/ cell extracts, or cell culture supernatants.

All components are included in each kit (capture antibody immobilized on microspheres, detection antibody, standards, quality controls, streptavidin- PE, wash buffer, assay buffer, 96 - well microtiter filter plate, serum matrix) and are sufficient to run 38 samples ( serum, plasma or tissue culture medium) in duplicate in a 96-well microtiter plate.

ASSAY CONDITIONS: 5 μL serum/plasma, 25 μL or less for tissue culture supernatant
Overnight assay

STANDARD CURVE RANGE:  24.4 to 100,000 pg/mL for rat Leptin;
                                                        4.88 to 20,000 pg/mL for all other analytes

SAMPLE REQUIREMENT:  25 μL of 1:5 Diluted Serum or Plasma 25 μL of cell culture supernatant (Users need to determine appropriate dilutions.)

SENSITIVITY: 1.31 – 54.42 pg/mL; Refer to kit protocol for sensitivities for individual cytokines/chemokines.

CROSS REACTIVITY: Not detectable within the panel

ACCURACY : 83 – 109%

PRECISION: Intra- assay CV:   3.8 – 12.3%
                        Inter- assay CV:   5.9 – 20.3%

LINEARITY OF  DILUTION: Ranges: 82.2 to 141.1%
