Sensitive Human Leptin RIA Kit

This assay has been developed to increase sensitivity approximately 5 times as compared to our regular human leptin assay. Sample volumes as low as 10 µl can be used for most measurements. The assay is completely homologous since it uses an antibody raised against highly purified human leptin and both the standard and tracer are prepared with human leptin. The kit includes all components (standards, antibody, tracer, quality controls, precipitating reagents and buffer) necessary to complete a RIA.

ASSAY CONDITIONS: Two-day, disequilibrium incubation at room temperature. Sample volume: £ 100 µl serum, plasma, or tissue culture media.
