Premixed Rat Cytokine/Chemokine Immunoassay Panel

For your convenience, the entire Rat Cytokine/Chemokine 14-plex is also available in a fully premixed format. All key components in this LINCOplex® kit are premixed and packaged in individual bottles for easy dispensation: conjugated beads, detection antibody, standards.

All components are included in each kit (capture antibody immobilized on microspheres, detection antibody, standards, quality controls, streptavidin-PE, wash buffer, assay buffer, 96-well microtiter filter plate, serum diluent).

ASSAY CONDITIONS: 5 µl serum/plasma, 25 ml or less tissue culture supernatant.

STANDARD CURVE RANGE: 6.4 - 20,000 pg/ml

SENSITIVITY IN TISSUE CULTURE/SERUM/PLASMA: £ 16 pg/ml

CROSS REACTIVITY: The cytokine antibody pairs in this multiplex has no or negligible crossreactivity with other analytes in the panel.
