This unique Human Insulin ELISA kit is animal serum free - the monoclonal antibodies are harvested from clones grown in culture medium devoid of any animal protein. Further, the kit components do not contain animal proteins. This kit is used for the non-radioactive quantification of human insulin in serum, plasma and other biological media and has no cross reactivity to human proinsulin and C-peptide.
The analytical performance of this kit is equivalent to LINCO's standard Human Insulin ELISA and RIA.
