Rat Insulin RIA Kit

Rat Insulin differs substantially from other mammalian insulins and is difficult to assay with commonly available insulin antibodies. This kit uses an antibody made specifically against rat insulin and provides excellent sensitivity in an overnight assay. The kit includes all components (standards, antibody, tracer, quality controls, precipitating reagents and buffer) necessary to complete a RIA.

ASSAY CONDITIONS: Overnight, equilibrium incubation at 4°C. Sample volume: £ 100 µl serum, plasma, or tissue culture media.
