Primate Leptin RIA Kit

The primate leptin assay has been developed to measure primate leptin in plasma or serum. It utilizes a human leptin antibody that displays full crossreactivity with other primate leptins. Highly purified human leptin is also used for standards and tracers. All components are included (standards, antibody, tracer, quality controls, precipitating reageants and buffer) necesary to complete a RIA.

ASSAY CONDITIONS: Overnight, equilibrium assay at 4°C. Sample volume: £ 100 µl serum or plasma.
