Glucagon RIA Kit

A sensitive and reproducible assay for measurement of pancreatic glucagon (in serum or plasma)  in most mammals. Crossreactivity to enteric glucagon is less than 0.1%. All components are included (standards, antibody, tracer, quality controls, precipitating reagents and buffer) necessary to complete a RIA.

ASSAY CONDITIONS: Two-day, disequilibrium incubation at 4°C. Sample volume: £ 100 µl serum, plasma, or tissue culture medium.
