Glucagon Like Peptide-1 (Active) ELISA Kit
This assay has been developed to measure biologically active glucagon-like peptide-1 (7-36, 7-37) in plasma, serum or tissue culture medium. It is a two-site non-competitive immunoassay based on enzyme labeled quantification of GLP-1 detected by a fluorogenic substrate. All components are included (standards, enzyme labeled antibody, quality controls, wash buffer, assay buffer, substrate and stop solutions) necessary to complete a 96-well plate ELISA.
ASSAY CONDITIONS:Overnight incubation at 4°C, followed by 2 hours 30 minutes at room temperature. Sample volume must be less than or equal to 100 µl serum, plasma or tissue culture medium.
