Mouse Cytokine/Chemokine LINCOplex Kit

The  LINCOplex® line of kits is for simultaneous multi-analyte detection and measurement of 22 Mouse Cytokines and Chemokines.  You may customize your assay kit by selecting a minimum of any 3 analytes or the entire panel.  LINCOplex® is especially useful for conducting multiplex assays on samples where limited volumes are available.

All components are included in each kit (capture antibody immobilized on microspheres, detection antibody, standards, quality controls, streptavidin-PE, wash buffer, assay buffer, 96-well microtiter filter plate, serum matrix) and are sufficient to run 39 samples (serum, plamsa, other body fluids or tissue culture medium) in duplicate in a 96-well microtiter plate.

ASSAY CONDITIONS:  
2 hour assay for tissue culture samples, overnight assay for serum/plasma, 25 µl sample volume.

STANDARD CURVE RANGE:  
3.2 - 10,000 pg/ml

SENSITIVITY IN SERUM/PLASMA/TISSUE CULTURE:  
0.3 - 20 pg/mL; Refer to kit protocol for sensitivities.

CROSS REACTIVITY:  
The cytokine antibody pairs in this multiplex do not cross react to the other analytes in the panel.
